Do you have firsthand knowledge of your products or services?  Have you taken the time to gather data from current sources of information.  Once you've done the research and have your facts straight have you looked at your product or service as if you were the consumer?  Does your product or services attract you as a prospective customer?

Week 2

How is your business different from the competition?  Have you defined your niche market?  Who is your target audience or ideal client?  Is it residential, commercial or both? What is your (USP) Unique Selling Proposition for your business?
